Hi, I’m Alejandra — Mom of Four (including twins)
For the past 12 years, being a mom and a wife has been my full-time role. Some days are pure joy and magic. And some days… let’s be honest, they’ve felt more like a horror movie.
As my kids grew older, I realized something crucial: I couldn’t parent them all the same way. One needed freedom. Another needed structure. Another drained me while one lit me up. Each one needed something different. And in order to be a good mother, I had to start with myself.
That’s when I found Human Design. At first, I ignored it. I thought it was just another theory. But it kept coming back until I finally looked deeper. And what I found amazed me. It was simple. Practical. And it explained everything. Suddenly I understood my kids, my partner, and myself. Why we clashed. Where the tension came from. Why I felt drained in some dynamics and alive in others.
And this didn’t just work in my family. For more than 10 years, I lived in an intentional community with 20 other people, sharing meals, parenting, and struggles. That experience taught me to see people in an entirely new way, far beyond my own household, and it gave me the chance to apply Human Design in real life, using it to understand and navigate our shared dynamics.
Later, my husband and I created a retreat center, where we welcomed people facing addictions, burnout, and depression. During our programs, I began using Human Design to coach clients , helping them find clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of purpose in life. That’s how I chose to dedicate myself to this work.
